- Foot heaviness or weakness (foot drop)-It’s when your feet is so heavy or weak it becomes difficult to lift the foot to walk.This is usually caused by nerve damage.
- Sometimes your toes may hurt making it difficult to walk.
Treatment Using Castor Oil For Foot Pain
Castor oil is anti-fungal and can destroy the fungus an bacteria that is the source of some foot pain.
- For foot or toenail fungus prepare a hot tub of water add in castor oil and Epsom salt and soak the feet for 10 mintues.
