1. Get a flannel and fold it into three layers so it can cover the abdomen
2. Soak the cloth thoroughly with castor oil.
3. Lie on a flat surface but keep your feet elevated. Place the soaked flannel over your abdomen/liver area and cover it with a small plastic along with an old towel of any sorts.
4. Leave the pack on your abdomen for 45minutes to an hour.
5. Once done, wash the oil off with some water and baking soda.
