How to make a castor oil pack?

• Take some 100 percent organic castor oil. This is pesticides free and is most helpful
• Now pour the oil on a piece of flannel. Do not drench it. It should be simply saturated
• Now take a hot water bottle or a heating pad
• Cover the flannel in a plastic or garbage bag to avoid staining your clothing
• Place the pack on the affected area in the abdomen
• Cover it with the heated bottle or pad
• Now leave it for 45 to 60 minutes

Precautions

Do not apply castor oil during periods. Women should avoid the use of castor oil when trying to conceive or in early pregnancy.
